Her Friend Offered to Carry Her Baby

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta delivered one of its most emotional scenes this week, as Jessica opened up about losing her baby Makoa — and her friend made an offer nobody saw coming.

Grief, Counseling, and Honoring Makoa

Jessica shared that she is in grief counseling, and that she is still processing the loss of her baby Makoa. She said the pregnancy came with fear, and that after losing Makoa, the fear is gone. She wants time to rest and heal before thinking about trying again, and said she wants to honor Makoa right now. She also made one thing clear: losing Makoa was not a failure.

I’m Not OK With Just Anybody Carrying Your Baby

As the two talked about the future, her friend stepped in with a life-changing offer. She said she is not OK with just anybody carrying Jessica’s baby — and since she is not doing anything right now, she would do it herself. She said she has been through pregnancy three times before and has no problem carrying for nine months.

You Will Be My Baby Mama

In a confessional, the friend doubled down: she would absolutely love to carry Jessica’s baby, and said Jessica is more than deserving and will be an amazing mom. The two even joked that they would be each other’s baby mama.

What Comes Next

Jessica said she knows one thing for sure: she is going to be a mom. Her partner Nathan wants to try again, but Jessica wants a few more months to rest first. For now, the offer stands — and fans are already calling it one of the most beautiful moments of the season.

What do you think of the surrogacy offer — beautiful, or too much too soon? Drop your thoughts below.
