Dr. Phil has seen it all — but these moments still had the whole stage shook. From a guest getting escorted off stage to a $20K confession, here are the wildest moments from the show’s most chaotic clips.
Bailey Gets Escorted Off Stage
The first clip features a young woman named Bailey, who says she is in love with someone from social media she has never met. Things went sideways fast: Dr. Phil said he was not into the melodrama or playing the victim, accused her of being manipulative, and had her escorted off stage while he spoke to Jasmine and her mother instead.
Alex Admits He Stole $20K From His Mother
Next up is Alex, who admitted on camera that he has stolen at least $20,000 from his mother. He doubled down, saying he would keep stealing and exploiting them, that they owe it to him, and that he likes spending their money before his own. Dr. Phil pressed him on whether it was all for effect or a genuinely warped value system.
Lisa’s Parking Lot Video
Then came Lisa’s viral parking lot video, which showed her on the ground while two men tried to get her up, warning her she would go back to jail. Lisa said she did not remember it at all. Dr. Phil revealed it was her brother Jim at a family reunion, where she fell off the stage drunk.
Twins Who Say the Same Thing at the Same Time
A lighter moment came from twin sisters who say they constantly talk over each other — sometimes saying or even singing the exact same thing at the same time. Dr. Phil related, sharing that his son Jay married a triplet.
Chloe vs. Her Mom
Things got heated again with Chloe and her mother, who clashed over family drama. Chloe told her mom she hated her and said the whole family thinks her mom is crazy — while her mom fired back that nobody in the family has a clue what goes on in their home.
Likes, Self-Esteem, and the Wi-Fi Password
The reel closed with a young woman who admitted she depends on Facebook and Instagram likes for her self-esteem after being bullied in high school. Dr. Phil asked the hard question: is that real self-esteem, or just vulnerability to whether someone gives a thumbs up? The clip even ended with a Wi-Fi password interrogation.
